By accessing or using SecurityScanner.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Security Scanner AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of SecurityScanner.ai.
2DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
SecurityScanner.ai is a comprehensive cybersecurity platform that provides:

- Dark Web Monitoring: Monitoring of data breaches and credential leaks
- Attack Surface Management: Discovery and monitoring of subdomains, open ports, and services
- AI-Powered Penetration Testing: Automated security testing and vulnerability scanning
- Threat Intelligence: Real-time security alerts and vulnerability reports
- CVE Detection: Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures identification
- Security Reporting: PDF reports and security assessments
Service Availability: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
3USER ACCOUNTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Registration:
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You must represent a business entity or organization with legal authority to enter into this agreement
- By registering, you confirm that you are an employee or authorized representative of the company/organization for which you are using this Service, and that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Prohibited Activities - You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
- Use the Service to attack, scan, or test third-party systems without explicit permission
- Share your account credentials with others
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
4SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT
Subscription Plans:
- Free Plan: Limited features and scan quotas
- Professional Plan: Enhanced features and higher quotas
- Enterprise Plan: Full features, custom quotas, and priority support
Payment Terms:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
- All fees are in EUR (Euro) unless otherwise specified
- Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers (Paddle)
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
5USE OF SERVICE AND RESTRICTIONS

You may only scan and monitor:
• Domains and systems you own
• Domains and systems for which you have explicit written authorization
• Systems within your organization's infrastructure (with proper authorization)
Third-Party Scanning: Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems is strictly prohibited, may be illegal in your jurisdiction, grounds for immediate account termination, and may be reported to law enforcement.
6DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY

- No guarantee of accuracy: We do not warrant that scan results, vulnerability assessments, or security reports are accurate, complete, or error-free
- No guarantee of completeness: We do not guarantee that all vulnerabilities, threats, or security issues will be detected or reported
- No guarantee of availability: We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, or error-free access to the Service
- No guarantee of security: While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee that the Service or your data will be completely secure from all threats
- No guarantee of fitness: We disclaim any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability
Limitation of Liability:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
9TERMINATION
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription through the dashboard or contacting support at [email protected].
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, your payment fails, you engage in prohibited activities, or as required by law.
10CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11GENERAL PROVISIONS
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Vienna, Austria (exclusive jurisdiction).
12AI ASSISTANT USAGE POLICY
⚠️ CRITICAL: AI ASSISTANT ABUSE POLICY
The AI Assistant is a premium feature designed exclusively for legitimate security-related inquiries. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit the AI Assistant is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate consequences.
Prohibited AI Assistant Activities:
- Attempting to obtain unauthorized privileges (admin access, elevated permissions)
- Requesting free credits, bypassing payments, or manipulating subscription status
- Attempting to access other users' data or confidential system information
- Jailbreaking attempts (ignoring instructions, pretending to be something else)
- Requesting API keys, environment variables, or system secrets
- SQL injection, code injection, or any form of system manipulation
- Impersonating administrators, developers, or other authorized personnel
Consequences of AI Assistant Abuse:
🚨 IMMEDIATE ENFORCEMENT:
- Account Termination: Your account will be immediately suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice
- No Refunds: All subscription fees and credits are non-refundable in cases of abuse - no exceptions
- Token Cost Recovery: All AI token costs incurred during your abuse attempts will be calculated and charged to your payment method on file
- Legal Action: We reserve the right to pursue legal action for severe abuse cases, including but not limited to unauthorized access attempts and data theft
- Reporting: Abuse incidents may be reported to relevant authorities
Monitoring: All AI Assistant conversations are logged, monitored, and stored for security purposes. Our automated abuse detection system identifies policy violations in real-time. Administrators are automatically alerted when abuse patterns are detected.
BY USING SECURITYSCANNER.AI, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1ANNAHME DER BEDINGUNGEN

Service-Verfügbarkeit: Wir bemühen uns um eine Verfügbarkeit von 99,9%, gewährleisten jedoch keinen unterbrechungsfreien Service. Geplante Wartungsarbeiten werden nach Möglichkeit im Voraus angekündigt.
3BENUTZERKONTEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN
Kontoregistrierung:
- Sie müssen bei der Registrierung genaue, aktuelle und vollständige Informationen angeben

- Mit der Registrierung bestätigen Sie, dass Sie ein Mitarbeiter oder bevollmächtigter Vertreter des Unternehmens/der Organisation sind, für das/die Sie diesen Service nutzen, und dass Sie befugt sind, dieses Unternehmen an diese Bedingungen zu binden
- Sie sind für die Wahrung der Vertraulichkeit Ihrer Kontodaten verantwortlich
- Sie sind für alle Aktivitäten verantwortlich, die unter Ihrem Konto stattfinden
Verbotene Aktivitäten - Sie verpflichten sich, NICHT:
- Den Service für illegale Zwecke zu verwenden
- Zu versuchen, unbefugten Zugang zu Systemen oder Netzwerken zu erlangen
- Den Service zu verwenden, um Drittpartei-Systeme ohne ausdrückliche Erlaubnis anzugreifen, zu scannen oder zu testen
- Ihre Kontodaten mit anderen zu teilen
- Den Service ohne Autorisierung weiterzuverkaufen oder zu verteilen
- Teile des Service zu reverse-engineeren, zu dekompilieren oder zu disassemblieren
- Malware, Viren oder schädlichen Code hochzuladen
- Geltende Gesetze oder Vorschriften zu verletzen
4ABONNEMENT UND ZAHLUNG
Abonnement-Pläne:
- Free Plan: Begrenzte Funktionen und Scan-Kontingente
- Professional Plan: Erweiterte Funktionen und höhere Kontingente
- Enterprise Plan: Vollständige Funktionen, angepasste Kontingente und priorisierter Support
Zahlungsbedingungen:
- Abonnements werden monatlich oder jährlich wie ausgewählt abgerechnet
- Alle Gebühren sind in EUR (Euro), sofern nicht anders angegeben
- Die Zahlung wird über sichere Drittanbieter-Zahlungsdienstleister (Paddle) abgewickelt
- Preise können mit 30 Tagen Vorlaufzeit geändert werden
5NUTZUNG DES DIENSTES UND BESCHRÄNKUNGEN

Sie dürfen nur scannen und überwachen:
• Domains und Systeme, die Sie besitzen
• Domains und Systeme, für die Sie eine ausdrückliche schriftliche Autorisierung haben
• Systeme innerhalb der Infrastruktur Ihrer Organisation (mit ordnungsgemäßer Autorisierung)
Drittpartei-Scanning: Das unbefugte Scannen von Drittpartei-Systemen ist strengstens untersagt, kann in Ihrer Rechtsordnung illegal sein, ist Grund für sofortige Kontokündigung und kann den Strafverfolgungsbehörden gemeldet werden.
6DATENSCHUTZ UND SICHERHEIT
DSGVO-Konformität - Für EU-Nutzer:
- Recht auf Zugang zu Ihren Daten
- Recht auf Berichtigung ungenauer Daten
- Recht auf Löschung ("Recht auf Vergessenwerden")

Wir können Ihr Konto aussetzen oder kündigen, wenn Sie gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen, Ihre Zahlung fehlschlägt, Sie sich an verbotenen Aktivitäten beteiligen oder wie gesetzlich vorgeschrieben.
10ÄNDERUNGEN DER BEDINGUNGEN
Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, diese Bedingungen jederzeit zu ändern. Wesentliche Änderungen werden mit 30 Tagen Vorlaufzeit kommuniziert. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung des Service nach Änderungen gilt als Annahme der geänderten Bedingungen.

12KI-ASSISTENT NUTZUNGSRICHTLINIE

Der KI-Assistent ist eine Premium-Funktion, die ausschließlich für legitime sicherheitsbezogene Anfragen konzipiert wurde. Jeder Versuch, den KI-Assistenten zu missbrauchen, zu manipulieren oder auszunutzen, ist strengstens untersagt und hat sofortige Konsequenzen.
Verbotene KI-Assistenten-Aktivitäten:
- Versuch, unbefugte Privilegien zu erlangen (Admin-Zugang, erhöhte Berechtigungen)
- Anforderung von kostenlosen Credits, Umgehung von Zahlungen oder Manipulation des Abonnementstatus
- Versuch, auf Daten anderer Benutzer oder vertrauliche Systeminformationen zuzugreifen
- Jailbreaking-Versuche (Anweisungen ignorieren, vorgeben etwas anderes zu sein)
- Anforderung von API-Schlüsseln, Umgebungsvariablen oder Systemgeheimnissen
- SQL-Injection, Code-Injection oder jede Form von Systemmanipulation
- Identitätsanmaßung von Administratoren, Entwicklern oder anderem autorisierten Personal
Konsequenzen bei Missbrauch des KI-Assistenten:
🚨 SOFORTIGE DURCHSETZUNG:
- Kontokündigung: Ihr Konto wird sofort und ohne vorherige Ankündigung gesperrt oder dauerhaft gekündigt
- Keine Rückerstattung: Alle Abonnementgebühren und Credits sind bei Missbrauch nicht erstattungsfähig - keine Ausnahmen
- Token-Kostenrückforderung: Alle KI-Token-Kosten, die während Ihrer Missbrauchsversuche angefallen sind, werden berechnet und Ihrer hinterlegten Zahlungsmethode belastet
- Rechtliche Schritte: Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, bei schweren Missbrauchsfällen rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf unbefugte Zugriffsversuche und Datendiebstahl
- Meldung: Missbrauchsvorfälle können den zuständigen Behörden gemeldet werden
Überwachung: Alle KI-Assistenten-Gespräche werden zu Sicherheitszwecken protokolliert, überwacht und gespeichert. Unser automatisiertes Missbrauchserkennungssystem identifiziert Richtlinienverstöße in Echtzeit. Administratoren werden automatisch benachrichtigt, wenn Missbrauchsmuster erkannt werden.
DURCH DIE NUTZUNG VON SECURITYSCANNER.AI BESTÄTIGEN SIE, DASS SIE DIESE ALLGEMEINEN GESCHÄFTSBEDINGUNGEN GELESEN, VERSTANDEN UND SICH DAMIT EINVERSTANDEN ERKLÄRT HABEN, DARAN GEBUNDEN ZU SEIN.
1ŞARTLARIN KABULÜ
SecurityScanner.ai'ye ("Hizmet") erişerek veya kullanarak, bu Şartlar ve Koşulları ("Şartlar") kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Bu Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız, Hizmeti kullanamazsınız.
2HİZMET TANIMI
SecurityScanner.ai kapsamlı bir siber güvenlik platformudur:
- Dark Web İzleme: Veri ihlalleri ve kimlik bilgisi sızıntılarının izlenmesi
- Saldırı Yüzeyi Yönetimi: Subdomain, açık port ve hizmetlerin keşfi
- Yapay Zeka Destekli Penetrasyon Testi: Otomatik güvenlik testi ve açık taraması
- Tehdit İstihbaratı: Gerçek zamanlı güvenlik uyarıları ve açık raporları
3KULLANICI HESAPLARI VE SORUMLULUKLAR
Hesap Kaydı:
- Kayıt sırasında doğru, güncel ve eksiksiz bilgi sağlamalısınız
- Bu Hizmeti kullanmak için yasal yetkiye sahip bir işletme veya kuruluşu temsil etmelisiniz
- Kayıt olarak, bu Hizmeti kullandığınız şirketin/kuruluşun çalışanı veya yetkili temsilcisi olduğunuzu ve söz konusu kuruluşu bu Şartlara bağlama yetkisine sahip olduğunuzu onaylarsınız
- Hesap kimlik bilgilerinizin gizliliğini korumaktan siz sorumlusunuz
- Hesabınız altında gerçekleşen tüm etkinliklerden siz sorumlusunuz
Yasaklı Faaliyetler - Şunları YAPMAYACAĞINIZI kabul ediyorsunuz:
- Hizmeti yasadışı amaçlar için kullanmak
- Herhangi bir sisteme veya ağa yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmak
- Açık izin olmadan üçüncü taraf sistemlerini taramak veya test etmek
- Hesap kimlik bilgilerinizi başkalarıyla paylaşmak
4ABONELİK VE ÖDEME
- Abonelikler seçildiği şekilde aylık veya yıllık olarak faturalandırılır
- Tüm ücretler aksi belirtilmedikçe EUR (Euro) cinsindendir
- Ödeme güvenli üçüncü taraf ödeme sağlayıcıları (Paddle) aracılığıyla işlenir
5HİZMET KULLANIMI VE KISITLAMALAR

6FİKRİ MÜLKİYET
Hizmetle ilgili tüm fikri mülkiyet hakları Security Scanner AI'a aittir. Bu, yazılımı, algoritmaları, kullanıcı arayüzlerini, markaları ve belgeleri içerir.
7VERİ GİZLİLİĞİ
Verilerinizi Gizlilik Politikamıza uygun şekilde işliyoruz. Hizmeti kullanarak, açıklanan veri işleme faaliyetlerini kabul etmiş olursunuz.
8GARANTİ REDDİ VE SORUMLULUK SINIRLAMASI
⚠️ HİZMET SORUMLULUK REDDİ:
HİZMET "OLDUĞU GİBİ" VE "MEVCUT OLDUĞU ŞEKİLDE" HERHANGİ BİR GARANTİ OLMAKSIZIN SAĞLANIR. Tarama sonuçları yanlış pozitif veya yanlış negatif sonuçlar içerebilir. Tüm güvenlik açıklarının tespit edilmesini garanti etmiyoruz.

10ŞARTLARDA DEĞİŞİKLİKLER
Bu şartları istediğimiz zaman değiştirme hakkını saklı tutuyoruz. Önemli değişiklikler 30 gün önceden bildirilecektir.
11GENEL HÜKÜMLER
Uygulanacak Hukuk: Bu şartlar Avusturya hukukuna tabidir.
Uyuşmazlık Çözümü: Tüm uyuşmazlıklar Viyana, Avusturya mahkemelerinde çözülecektir.
12YAPAY ZEKA ASİSTAN KULLANIM POLİTİKASI

Yasaklı Yapay Zeka Asistan Faaliyetleri:
- Yetkisiz ayrıcalıklar elde etmeye çalışmak (admin erişimi, yükseltilmiş izinler)
- Ücretsiz kredi talep etmek, ödemeleri atlamak veya abonelik durumunu manipüle etmek
- Diğer kullanıcıların verilerine veya gizli sistem bilgilerine erişmeye çalışmak
- Jailbreaking girişimleri (talimatları yok saymak, başka bir şeymiş gibi davranmak)
- API anahtarları, ortam değişkenleri veya sistem sırları talep etmek
- SQL enjeksiyonu, kod enjeksiyonu veya herhangi bir sistem manipülasyonu
- Yönetici, geliştirici veya diğer yetkili personel kimliğine bürünmek
Yapay Zeka Asistan Kötüye Kullanımının Sonuçları:

- Hesap Sonlandırma: Hesabınız önceden bildirim yapılmaksızın derhal askıya alınacak veya kalıcı olarak kapatılacaktır
- İade Yok: Kötüye kullanım durumlarında tüm abonelik ücretleri ve krediler iade edilmez - istisna yoktur
- Token Maliyet Tahsilatı: Kötüye kullanım girişimleriniz sırasında oluşan tüm AI token maliyetleri hesaplanacak ve kayıtlı ödeme yönteminizden tahsil edilecektir
- Yasal İşlem: Yetkisiz erişim girişimleri ve veri hırsızlığı dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere, ciddi kötüye kullanım durumlarında yasal işlem başlatma hakkımızı saklı tutarız
- Raporlama: Kötüye kullanım olayları ilgili makamlara bildirilebilir
İzleme: Tüm Yapay Zeka Asistan konuşmaları güvenlik amacıyla kaydedilir, izlenir ve saklanır. Otomatik kötüye kullanım tespit sistemimiz politika ihlallerini gerçek zamanlı olarak tespit eder. Kötüye kullanım kalıpları algılandığında yöneticiler otomatik olarak uyarılır.

1ACCEPTATION DES CONDITIONS

- Gestion de la Surface d'Attaque : Découverte et surveillance des sous-domaines, ports ouverts et services
- Tests de Pénétration IA : Tests de sécurité automatisés et analyse des vulnérabilités
- Renseignement sur les Menaces : Alertes de sécurité en temps réel et rapports de vulnérabilités
3COMPTES UTILISATEURS ET RESPONSABILITÉS
Inscription au compte :
- Vous devez fournir des informations exactes, actuelles et complètes lors de l'inscription
- Vous devez représenter une entité commerciale avec l'autorité légale de conclure cet accord
- En vous inscrivant, vous confirmez que vous êtes un employé ou représentant autorisé de l'entreprise/organisation pour laquelle vous utilisez ce Service
4ABONNEMENT ET PAIEMENT
- Les abonnements sont facturés mensuellement ou annuellement selon la sélection
- Tous les frais sont en EUR (Euro) sauf indication contraire
- Le paiement est traité via des prestataires de paiement tiers sécurisés (Paddle)
5UTILISATION DU SERVICE ET RESTRICTIONS

Vous ne pouvez scanner et surveiller que :
• Les domaines et systèmes que vous possédez
• Les domaines et systèmes pour lesquels vous avez une autorisation écrite explicite
• Les systèmes au sein de l'infrastructure de votre organisation (avec autorisation appropriée)
6PROPRIÉTÉ INTELLECTUELLE
Tous les droits de propriété intellectuelle du Service appartiennent à Security Scanner AI. Cela inclut le logiciel, les algorithmes, les interfaces utilisateur, les marques et la documentation.
7CONFIDENTIALITÉ DES DONNÉES
Nous traitons vos données conformément à notre Politique de Confidentialité. En utilisant le Service, vous acceptez les activités de traitement des données décrites.
8EXCLUSIONS DE GARANTIE ET LIMITATION DE RESPONSABILITÉ

9RÉSILIATION
Vous pouvez résilier votre compte à tout moment en annulant votre abonnement via le tableau de bord ou en contactant le support à [email protected].
10MODIFICATIONS DES CONDITIONS
Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier ces Conditions à tout moment. Les modifications importantes seront communiquées avec un préavis de 30 jours.
11DISPOSITIONS GÉNÉRALES
Droit applicable : Ces Conditions sont régies par le droit autrichien.
Résolution des litiges : Tous les litiges seront résolus par les tribunaux de Vienne, Autriche.

1ACCETTAZIONE DEI TERMINI

- Monitoraggio Dark Web: Monitoraggio delle violazioni dei dati e delle fughe di credenziali
- Gestione della Superficie di Attacco: Scoperta e monitoraggio di sottodomini, porte aperte e servizi
- Test di Penetrazione IA: Test di sicurezza automatizzati e scansione delle vulnerabilità
- Intelligence sulle Minacce: Avvisi di sicurezza in tempo reale e report sulle vulnerabilità
3ACCOUNT UTENTE E RESPONSABILITÀ
Registrazione account:
- Devi fornire informazioni accurate, attuali e complete durante la registrazione
- Devi rappresentare un'entità aziendale con l'autorità legale per stipulare questo accordo
- Registrandoti, confermi di essere un dipendente o rappresentante autorizzato dell'azienda/organizzazione per cui utilizzi questo Servizio
4ABBONAMENTO E PAGAMENTO
- Gli abbonamenti vengono fatturati mensilmente o annualmente come selezionato
- Tutte le tariffe sono in EUR (Euro) salvo diversa indicazione
- Il pagamento viene elaborato tramite fornitori di pagamento terzi sicuri (Paddle)
5UTILIZZO DEL SERVIZIO E RESTRIZIONI

Puoi scansionare e monitorare solo:
• Domini e sistemi di tua proprietà
• Domini e sistemi per i quali hai un'autorizzazione scritta esplicita
• Sistemi all'interno dell'infrastruttura della tua organizzazione (con autorizzazione appropriata)
6PROPRIETÀ INTELLETTUALE
Tutti i diritti di proprietà intellettuale del Servizio appartengono a Security Scanner AI. Questo include software, algoritmi, interfacce utente, marchi e documentazione.
7PRIVACY DEI DATI
Trattiamo i tuoi dati in conformità con la nostra Informativa sulla Privacy. Utilizzando il Servizio, accetti le attività di trattamento dei dati descritte.
8ESCLUSIONI DI GARANZIA E LIMITAZIONE DI RESPONSABILITÀ

9RISOLUZIONE
Puoi risolvere il tuo account in qualsiasi momento annullando l'abbonamento tramite la dashboard o contattando il supporto a [email protected].
10MODIFICHE AI TERMINI
Ci riserviamo il diritto di modificare questi Termini in qualsiasi momento. Le modifiche sostanziali saranno comunicate con 30 giorni di preavviso.
11DISPOSIZIONI GENERALI
Legge applicabile: Questi Termini sono regolati dalla legge austriaca.
Risoluzione delle controversie: Tutte le controversie saranno risolte dai tribunali di Vienna, Austria.
